These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the MindPocket mobile application (“App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
MindPocket grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store rules.
You are solely responsible for the documents you scan, upload, or store in the App. You represent that you have the rights to any content you add. MindPocket does not claim ownership of your documents.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. By using the App you agree to the Privacy Policy. By default, your documents and extracted text are stored locally on your device.
Some features may use third-party AI providers if you choose to enable them. Using those features will transmit only the text you opt to send to the provider. The provider’s terms and policies apply to that transmission.
The App is provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant the accuracy of OCR or AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindPocket and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other lawful reason. You may uninstall the App at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If you reside elsewhere, local consumer protection laws may apply.
